Event: Party in the Park

Dates: August 6th, September 3rd, October 1st

Time: 5 PM to 10 PM

Environment: This will be an outside event. This will also be a family oriented event, and will have spectators of all ages. Each act shall be respectful and perform with a “G” rating.

Set Length: All acts will have a 45 minute set starting at the top of the hour. 15 minutes will be allowed for stage setup between acts.

Headliners: We will have headliners playing from 8 PM to 8:45 PM and 9 PM to 10 PM. Each event may or may not have a headliner.

Pay: There will not be any compensation for the bands or acts this year. We would like to make this event a weekly event in 2012. We will promote your band/act on www.urTriCities.com and offer our others services. Please contact us for more details (423) 297-1223.

Sponsors: We are looking for sponsorship for this event to help pay for overhead and marketing. Every effort will be to increase the exposure of the bands, acts, and sponsors.
